Gitcha is unlike traditional real estate portals: the listings displayed are "buyer want-listings” rather than “for sale” listings.
Listing Demand Like Never Before
Gitcha broadcasts buyer needs with the details that matter most.
01
Licensed agents list their buyers’ wants & needs.
From desired location, must-haves, nice-to-haves, timelines, financing and more, browse active buyer demand in an easy-to-view feed of organized listings.
02
Get deeper insights into what buyers want now.
Use transparency & context to gain knowledge about market conditions and unserved demand.
03
Match, connect & collaborate.
If you have a potential home fit or want more information, you can start a conversation directly with the buyer listing agent who posted the want-listing.

Don’t just find the next home. Find the right home.
Whether it’s a family home near top schools or a cozy cabin in the mountains, Gitcha provides a custom home-buying experience that leads to finding the perfect home.
How is Gitcha different from Zillow, Homes.com, etc?
Zillow and Homes.com promotes for-sale listings and drives home buyer traffic to those listings. Gitcha promotes buyer want-listings, and drives exposure to your needs.
The buy side of the ecosystem is finally accessible. This reverse approach finally allows the buy side exposure to attract new opportunities.
Are client names and information private?
Buyer Want-Listings only display key search criteria and never exposes the buyer's identity.
Who can post a Buyer Want-Listing?
If you have a real estate agent, they can post your Want-Listing and help you review matches.
I'm a consumer, can I use Gitcha?
Gitcha is designed for the general public to view all listings of demand. However, Gitcha is designed exclusively for licensed agents to create the want-listings.
If you see a buyer want-listing that might fit your personal home, we suggest you reach out to your agent to contact the Buyer Agent or if you don't have an agent yet, you can directly reach out to the agent who posted the want-listing.
