  • Clients fill out their home search criteria, and the information is imported into your Gitcha profile.

3. Steps to Use the Buyer Listing Form

Sending the Form to Clients

  1. Pair with Buyer Agency Agreement:
    • Inform your client that you will be sending two forms: the buyer agency agreement and the buyer listing form.
  2. Generate and Send the Form:
    • Access the Buyer Listing Form feature in your Gitcha profile.
    • Generate the form link, which will be branded with your information.
    • Copy the link and send it to your client via email or text.

Client Completes the Form

  • Client Fills Out the Form:
    • The client completes the form with their home search criteria, including must-haves, nice-to-haves, budget, financing, and additional context.
    • Once completed, the form is sent directly to your Gitcha profile.

4. Reviewing and Posting Want Ads

Reviewing the Form

  1. Receive Notification:
    • You will receive an email notification and a notification in your Gitcha app when the form is completed.
  2. Review Client Information:
    • Open the form in your Gitcha profile.
    • Ensure all the information is accurate and complete.
    • Add any missing details if necessary.

Posting the Want Ad

  1. Add Requested Compensation:
    • Enter your requested compensation from the seller.
    • Gitcha is the only platform allowing buyers' agents to proactively state this.
  2. Title and Description:
    • Create a compelling title and description for the want ad.
    • Ensure it clearly describes what your buyer is looking for.
  3. Post the Listing:
    • Review all details to ensure accuracy.
    • Click the "Post" button to publish the want ad listing.
